C# EDI HIPAA 837P Windows Form Application

Familiar with C#, Windows Form Program, EDI, HIPAA 837P format. I am looking for a C# programmer to write a Windows form desktop application that will create the HIPAA 837P files in C# with Visual Studio (VS 2010 preferred). This program is not difficult but tedious. I will provide you with the following classes: Billing Provider class, Subscriber class, Patient class, Service Line class, and Several supporting classes. You will create an application that uses data from these classes to create an 837P file with some user configurable parameters for ISA, GS, and ST segments. Milestones: 1. Create a window application that allow user to configure ISA, GS, and ST segment, including segment delimiter, data element delimiter, and component data element delimiter… Create a simple test program that can create an EDI file with just ISA, GS, ST, SE, GE, and IEA segments. 2. Create program to use classes provided to create a real 837P. You must set up some test data to verify the code is working correctly.
