Car Renting program (access)

Hi i have a car renting shop and would like a user friendly system to help me with my [login to view URL] must be simple. It must be made from microsoft access so i can modifie it to my needs when i want.I only want it in access no other programs. The price of this project can not be more then $60 as i find this is a simple [login to view URL] will not be web based, it is a program and sould run on access.
