Delphi/Kylix Code to be changed 2

Hi All, I have some code that I want to be renamed. I need to change the name of the software. This includes changing: Splash Screen About Screen Title Bar Change all file names that have the original name There may be more that I have not found but need to be changed, so this is for a complete removal of the current name and changing it to a new name All code files need to be received The programme needs to be recompiled into a .exe file to run on windows It also still needs to work correctly You also need to change the images (ie splash screen) within the software (if there are any) to the new re branded ones. You need to send the original splash screen to me as a image file. I will then be able to change this and send the new one back to you for you to add Once you contact me I will send you the location of where to download the Code and any further details Thanks Andrew

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
