There are two parts to this:

1. Add code to a current iPhone project that allows push notifications. The notification will either show a simple alert, or offer a multiple choice question.

2. Create C# sample to push out the notification

## Deliverables

Take a single string and push to iPhone app. The string may be one sentence or formatted for a multiple choice string (with ; delimiters).

Examples:

Today is tuesday.?State=NC&Sex=M

What is your favorite flavor ice cream?;Chocolate;Vanilla;Strawberry?State=NC&Sex=M

The iPhone app needs to support these notifications. I will send the project once a bid has been agreed to. For a simple notice, it displays it. For a multiple choice question it needs to display the question.

Please note that there may or may not be filters at the end of the text strings. The iPhone app must filter based on these. On some phones the notifications will appear and on others the notifications will not appear. For testing, provide a dummy function that will be fleshed in later. Make notifications with State=NC appear and without it the notifications do not appear.
