App design for smartphones

I am looking for someone to create, design and publish a smart phone app for my small business. I would like to have a fun but educational app for people who are interested in learning about gutter/eavestrough installation and maintenance. I am envisioning an app where the user selects an avatar and the avatar would, of course, have to come equipped with all the neccessary supplies (such as a ladder, steel toed boots, safety glasses, drill, measuring tape, screws, etc.) Perhaps there could be a toolbox where the user selects the tools that he/she feels will be needed for that job. Then the avatar will get to work! For example, a 2 story house requires new gutters so the avatar must figure out the configurations and select the proper tools so that the gutters don't leak or fall down. Once the job is complete, the avatar will be given a grade and can then read the feedback about what was done wrong (or right!) Of course, when people perform well at work they are given promotions and when they perform poorly they have repurcussions. The avatars will be treated in the same manner. Ideally, I would like to have the avatar manage employees and customers and budgets. Does a stressed out avator make a good boss? Does he/she perform their job well while short-staffed? Will the avatar learn from its experience and the feedback it is given? How will the avatar handle an angry customer? Perhaps the avatars can have diiferent personality traits that the user can select.......??? This project will evolve as we brainstorm ideas together.
