I am a System Administrator working for one of the biggest Stock Image providers in the world. I have 3 years of service and experience under my belt and I know my way around Red Hat Linux. I spin up instances (on Amazon) on a daily basis for my company. I understand your requirements and I am confident of setting everything up within a day of starting (or maybe even less). *My bid states 3 days only as a formality as I have a day job and will only be able to work on this project during my free time (at night or on weekends). My steps would include: 1) Gaining access to your VPS server in Bluecentral and Netregistry account. 2) Install the relevant tools needed on the VPS Server for Cpanel 11 to run. 3) Install Cpanel 11. 4) Tweak firewall settings for security (to your requirements). 5) Tweak speed settings by removing unnecessary software and some adjustments with root access. 6) Configure the DNS settings on Netregistry (assuming that you will be using their DNS services). 7) Test Cpanel functionality.
