Our goal: to fill our recently developed website with e-commerce products. background: Our management team has recently completed development on a new website and we are actively looking for an e-commerce SQL professional. The site is not LIVE but development is finished. PLATFORM: Wordpress PLUGINS: Woo-Commerce HOSTING: Hostgator/ Shared / Cpanel We are using a Wordpress platform with a custom theme installed for appearance. Everything is ready to go and functioning well. It has several plugins running too, most notably Woo-Commerce. Our inventory for products is empty and with 500-1000 products to upload for starters, we are in need of help uploading products swiftly. MISSION: Can we Bulk upload an XCL product list via SQL??? Ideally, I am hoping we can upload products via a MicroSoft Excel Sheet. Keep in mind, each product we need to upload has many attributes (make, model, year, msrp, our price, brand, category, sub-category, etc.) At least 10 attributes per product - and about 500 products to start. My staff is currently hand selecting specific products we want to sell online --- and our team is interested in working with someone that can help us create an XCL template, covering all the attributes for each product and designed for a database bulk upload through SQL. This is my version of the best way to accomplish this, but their may be others. Please accept this job if you have a plan to help....

I've been working with SQL databases for more than 3 years and have enough experience to write some kind of automation tool to extract data from Excel document and load it into a database. If you are in a hurry, I'll just write a custom script (or several scripts) to load your data from Excel and automate it later.
