Change Line height in [login to view URL] - billing information boxes are too small

I need to change the billing information boxes on my checkout page. they are showing too small: [url removed, login to view]
i have managed to change size of Order Notes on shipping address side in [url removed, login to view] but i cant find how to change other field box height.
Should be a 2 min job for someone who knows what they are doing, no silly quotes please
