Hi guys

I need some customising done to my checkout page. Basically, I need some conditional login to come into play:

If the customer selects "I'll collect the items in-store", then I want their shipping charge to be locked at $0.

If the customer selects "Please deliver to me", I want the user to be able to select there suburb from the current list that I have set up.

That's it. I need this done in the next 24 hours, so please, unless you are confident you can complete this task in the next 24 hours, please do not apply.
