I'm very much interested in this job. I have had experiences as a virtual assistant. I worked as a Marketing Assistant for a Shoreline, WA-based company. I am capable and knowledgeable in using Mailchimp, Godaddy, Outlook (creating multiple profile/emails, mail merges, mass email campaigns), WooCommerce and Word Press. I have worked for a California-based company providing services to executives as a virtual assistant. I used to manage multiple executives' calendars via Google Calendar, daily schedules using Gmail and Google Docs(organizing and updating), book flights, make reservations, make itineraries, etc. The company recently closed down as they prefer to focus more on their software rather than services. I also have worked as a manager for an E-commerce site based in Singapore. I managed the inventory and there were 5 people under me. I have worked in a Canadian BPO for almost 3 years as a Senior Business Analyst and in Special Billing Department.
I can immediately start. Also, capable of using Skype, Google Hangout/Chat, Slack App and Evernote. I work with less supervision, very much into detail, can easily adapt and learn new things. I'm willing to sign NDA. I can definitely work on all US Timezone and on weekends if need be. My rate is negotiable.
I'm an accounting graduate. I have my own generator set in case of power outage, a 5 Mbps internet broadband, and my own laptop.
