Hi Freelancers,
This task is for the form on my site (scroll down to the bottom of the page) [login to view URL]
**Note that this form is a multi-step form so you have to fill in the Step 1 with dummy info first to reveal the full form where the following 2 points will be done:
1) Add remarks field as the last field in the form. The issue faced is that the dropdown fields stops working once the remarks field is added.
2) Make the dropdown fields to be mandatory field while still showing the same current placeholder text (Do this for the 4 of these dropdown lists that you see in the form)
