customise a wordpress plugin

hi. we have a plugin built, and we need few customisations to b done. i know there are lot of generic bids copied and pasted. i need one person who understands the concept and can do. for shortlisting, i would like freelancers to see the video(in attachment) of changes i am requesting and they need to explain me their understanding regarding the points. we can use freelancer for long term work. payments only by milestones. video attachment can b found here: [login to view URL]
