Banner Ads design

Hi there, I have few banner work that needs to be created for couple of website, which will be regular in terms of work is concern. I need a person who can work on this and give me the creative. Budget is very low for every set of creative i can pay make of $35 say suppose for a banner i will have these details : Sizes: 728x90, 300x250, 160x600, 120x600 Formats: flash (swf+fla+xml) File Size: max 40kb the above is complete one set and for that i can pay $35, and same kind in different format i have 8 banners to be design in different size define above. More details will be provided on the IM or PMB. Let me know with sample work please. as its a new work for me and i have 5 approved work that i need to get done. Regards Rj
