Create Twitter account for website

I would like a Twitter account created for greengadget site and at the top of each article there should be a small link to subscribing to the RSS feed and Twitter feed.

For example, if you look at this page [url removed, login to view]

above the title (which you can see in the light grey box), I would like a link to RSS subcsription link and Twitter subscription link. One can be on the right side and the other on the left. Below is example of how it could look. See the title 'A bike that is solar powered' and above them should be a thin box with the email subscription, RSS and Twitter.
