Admin GUI Templates

I am in need of a few templates being made for admin panel GUI interfaces. I do not want jQuery; I simply want the complete styling made. One example can be found here: <[login to view URL]> You can see that there is no JS to enhance the UI. I want to add the JS in as I go further with development. ## Deliverables I need 3-5 different themes made. These should be designed similar to the link I gave above. Not necessarily in the layout sense, though I do like the layout, but in more of a user-friendly sense. There will be no javascript created on these pages, and by association no jQuery. I simply want the markup. Basically, the look and feel, minus the functionality. This will require the following pages to be made: 1. Main page displaying **all** the styling options 2. A mobile version of the theme for iPhone/Android users 3. A Pop-up window approximately 300px wide that contains one single column. This will be used for "help" menu's. I would like to see the layout in an image before it is sliced to help minimize the amount of changes that need to be made after. It is up to you to create the color schemes. I do not have an artistic eye and plan on leaving it up to you. I would like one theme, however, to be based on Windows 7. I like the simple GUI and color scheme of Windows 7 and would like that to be the inspiration for one of the themes. I would be happy to clarify any questions you may have.
