Guidance in developing financials from scratch in peachtree

There is a residential compound with almost 220 villas. They also provide banqueting services. I am working at this compound and I need help in developing the financial statements in Peachtree. The financials for the year 2010 have to be developed. All the documents are available. Although entries were made in 2010 but they were not made correctly. So we are now required to make a new year from scratch. This will require making new entries and financial statements. I need someone to guide me thorough the steps and help when I get stuck and need help. I know that the first step is to enter the transactions which are on the bank statement and make sure the balances of the bank is same as the bank balance in the GL. But after this I am not sure what to do. There is no definite time and I will only need your help from time to time for the next 3 months.
