As of now you can file return only for 2 years and ie., Financial year 2013-14 before 31st March 2016 belated by one year and Financial year 2014-15 before 31st March 2016. so if the third year is 2012-13 then it is time barred and return cannot be filed. if it is 2015-16 then time is available till 31st July 2016.
