Affiliate Marketing Campaign (Avangate)

I have an existing website and some 30 affiliates signed up, through my ecommerce site. Need help in the following for an upcoming campaign. I am new at this, so I will need to work with someone experienced. I require at least the following:

1. Upload banner advertising to the affiliate resources area of my website.

2. Create proper commissions and discounts for this campaign and enter them into the ecommerce site

3. Make sure the appropriate cross-sell item is available for cross-selling during the campaign.

4. Contact affiliates and let them know about this limited time campaign.

5. Solicit new affiliates.

6. Any additional recommendations in order to increase the amount of affiliate traffic to purchase.

Deliverables will be a properly set up affiliate campaign in my ecommerce system along with the steps above completed to our mutual satisfaction.

There will be additional bonuses paid if this campaign is a success.
