Affiliate management

Main tasks: • Developing and extending the direct affiliation network of Condor Gaming brands • Contacting, supporting, motivating existing and new affiliates • Launching external and internal affiliation programs in the local/global market • Optimizing existing programs and deals, checking quality of the recruitment • Creating, implementing and tracking online advertising campaigns • Optimizing ROI for all affiliation advertising campaigns • Completing daily and weekly reporting procedures Qualifications and experience: • A minimum of one year of experience in a similar position is a plus • Educated to degree level in marketing or related area • At least one year of experience in online marketing either with an international online company or in an agency environment • Experience in the online/offline gambling/gaming industry is a plus Skills/competencies required: • You should have a good command of the online media and work easily in CMS, Microsoft, and other similar office programs • You should have a good command of online and offline marketing, including Social Media, Search Engine Optimization, and all other available online marketing tools and services • Have a strong interest in Sports Betting, Poker and/or Casino products • Knowledge of online betting/gaming industry is a must • Fluent in English and preferably a second language • You should have good communication skills and be willing to work in a team
