Build an example assessment webapp in AWS infrastructure.

Goal is to have a demonstration webapp where a series of questions are asked with 5 potential answers for each that need to be ranked. Records need to be read from DynamoDB and results written back. Scores need to be provided for the placement of the answers.

User management for registration and login via cognito would be good.
