Hi, I have read your job description extremely carefully and I am sure I can exceed your expectations. There isn't any omnipotent way for WEB design, it depends on the feature of your website. 1) RDS is recommended in most cases because nowadays its storage is growing more and more, and nearly almost all problems can be dealt with RDS. And using Normalize and Relationship let developers use more and more us this DB. 2) All of backend languages support REST API, and in my personal opinion I recommend you uWSGI + ngnix on AWS instance. 3) Nowadays the responsiveness and lightness of React make developers use it widely and I also recommend you React as Frontend. And backend can be Node or Django. Based on my experience Django is better than Node. 4) CI/CD should be used. 5) Google API provides analytics services, although it has api limit but it is useful for this.
