App conversion to PhoneGap using UDP communication

Expected freelancer skills: - Phone Gap; - iOS, Android and optionally: Windows Phone; - UDP communications; Description: The freelancer must do an app “modernization” and conversion, actually the app works fine on iOS and Android, it was developed in ObjC for iOS and Java for Android. Freelancer must convert it to PhoneGap (HTML5+js+CSS) and add some new functionality and remove other. App must: - Be compatible with Android 2.3 or >, iOS 7 or > - Use UDP communications, since this is not a native feature of PhoneGap you must implement this in each platform; - Have a native look (use a framework like PhoneJS or other…); - Have an specific layout for tablets and other to phones; What I will provide: - New app icon (iOS and Android); - Source code in ObjC of the iOS App; - Source code in Java of the Android App; - Video showing how to test the apps; - Short list of the new requirements, and what will be removed; What I expect to receive: - Source code of the finished App (the existing functionalities and the new must work), (a working Xcode project and an Eclipse project); - Short DOC or TXT explaining how to get it compiled on MAC (with links for download of the tools); - Short DOC or TXT explaining how to get it compiled on Android (with links for download of the tools); BONUS: do you think you can do this to Windows Phone???
