I am a FIDE arbiter (International Arbiter pending next Assembly), my half-brother is a 2620 rated GM and junior world champion 2007. My 7 years daughter is current national champion U08. I also help run the leading chess academy in my country as part time with my brother as vice manager and head coach. I am also a 15 years experience developer so I believe you can't find a better match :-) About the Project: I believe I will be developing the application and the backend also, please confirm. I will use Xamarin Native for the project, this will allow us to port to iOS later with relative ease (only redo the UI part). I will not ask for down payment, but also I can't wait for the full project to get paid, so I suggest the milestones below. I really prefer you supply the Art Work, I'm very bad with graphics. Important note, I will reuse parts of the code later for my own projects. Not the main core of course, but things like PGN reader/writer, UCI engine driver, etc. So if you don't agree with that please say so.
