Android 5.1 Simple HTTP Server

I need an Android Studio Java code (no Kotlin) that I can use to include HTTP Server over WIFI inside my own app creations. Basic minimal requirements, are 1) Hard code IP and Port, 2) auto start on boot, 3) auto find and serve [login to view URL] stored on phone, 4) display HTML and jpg. No FTP, no sound, no video, no gif, no mySQL, no PHP.
Very simple please. Use standard libraries. Very little custom code and no user interface XML is required. This is only minimum code that I can in bed in my own apps. I am not a pro.
