Apple & Android App.

I had a software built on here and now I would like to integrate an App that will work as the following: I have a security company. so when a customer calls in and needs their business serviced, for example they call in and say they have an issue with the CCTV system. I want to be able to enter that information into our system and with a push of a button it goes to an app where I select who I want to send the work order to. I will need to one able to create a lot of different profiles. once they download the app my contractors and employees will login and set up their profile. I will then be able to send them work orders straight from my software I had built. when I send out the work order to a contractor they will get a notification from any App, they will have an opportunity to Accept the job, Decline the job, or ask for further details. IN the event they accept the job. !. it will go into the app and my software system and all details will be on the app for the contractor or employee. Their will be an option for the contractor or employee to upload pictures of the job arrival pics and finished pics or detailed pics. at the end the employee will be able to complete picture upload and place in details on work performed and indicate if a re-trip is [login to view URL] they pass their iPad or iPhone or android device to customer where they will sign and complete a brief survey for us. For contractors once they completer all the information they will need to call us to have a clear job site code so they can e-sign with customer upload pics. their are a brief other details that are small all the information done on the app will need too be shared onto my software on my server so we can keep track off data for each customer and contractor/ employee. I would also like to have an option for customers to be able to communicate with us with a special login for customers so they can open service tickets and complete back with us through the APP.
