We’re in the need of an app developer to develop our app. This is an recruitment application for mobile platforms that recruiters and jobseekers use in order to get in touch with each other. We will supply you with the project description and design (designed in Adobe XD), but you will be given a lot of creative control. 1.0 App summary An recruitment application for mobile platforms that recruiters and jobseekers use in order to get in touch with each other. 2.0 App design 2.1 Main inspiration: Swiping dating apps 2.2 Main design language: Minimalistic, sleek and Scandinavian 2.3 Main colors: Blue and white 3.0 Project stages 3.1 Stage 1: Make sure you understand the project (ask any question you might have before starting with the work) 3.2 Stage 2: Develop demo version (V1) based on this description 3.3 Stage 3: Send demo version to us for review 3.4 Stage 4: Make payment (30%) 3.5 Stage 5: Change and/or add according to comments 3.6 Stage 6: Develop demo version (V2) based on the comments 3.7 Stage 7: Make payment (30%) 3.8 Stage 8: Make the app go live (V3) 3.9 Stage 9: Make payment (40%) 4.0 Additional notes 4.1 We will supply you with the design (designed in Adobe XD), but you will be given a lot of creative control. 4.2 The developer will be given creative control when it comes to the animations. Espen and Adrian will review the first demo (V1) and adjust the animations accordingly. 4.3 We, the owners of the mobile app, will have to be able to review all of the user requests in order to ensure that the platform has quality users. 4.4 The jobs that will be shown to the jobseekers will only be the jobs they’re qualified for. 4.5 Perhaps we would need an online app tool to control the app. Reviewing new users, blocking existing users, adjusting user information, etc. etc.

Hello, I had have a through look at the job description and feel that I am the right candidate for this project. Your projects should be required back-end service(database) and I recommend you Firebase as back-end database. I am familiar with firebase(Firestore, RealtimeDB, security rules, cloud function and Crashlytics etc) and GCP(app engine, big data). I think Firebase is most suitable for this project because there's an event called addSnapshotListener to get updated data automatically when database will be changed and it is good for get new job and also chat features. And I am expert in both of hybrid(react-native) and native(Swift&Java) development as front-end part.
