Build a Full Android Game - New code

I need a developer that can make a full game development. All the work included, design, code, ect I want to make a game like the games of virtual pets, but replacing the pet with a character, game need to be Virtual friend , Virtual Partner. -Characters selectionable and full customizable, the characters need to be something similar to Gacha Life, with same quanity of custom. Lot of characters, mods and accesories so the player can make the character how he really want. -Some items, haircuts, accesories, ect need to be paid with some type of coin, money. -Character can be modified during the game, one total modification per day -Like a virtual pet, character need to be cleaned(bath mini game) , need to sleep (Hypnotize mini game), lunch (cooking mini game), some doctor service (doctor mini game), play with him, scenario change, talk with him, have a energy bar, be tired, sick, happy, angry, dirty, ect -Some mini games to play with the character and when player can gain coins-money (maths, football, cars, run game, ball game, sign, dance, make up, ect) -Unlockeables scenarios for your character, city, beach, mountain, park, (gacha life style) Upgradeable game for latter add more mini games, scenarios, character customizable items, ect Money integration like admob Open to hear ideas with developer, open to offers
