Build a web and mobile application

Looking for a experienced software developer team of 3-4 ppl who can develop web application and mobile application to support a Refund Scheme system project with merchant management module. Must work with ewallet service provider on integration process. The mobile aps will have integration with android smart terminal installed and self service kiosk for refund process. All aps sit in one single platform connecting to our client application server. Understanding of card payment environment is also required.
