I need a sample Android app (or piece of source code) which mimics the behaviour of the "Twilight" app (please search at the Google Play). The known issue is that since Android O only apps with system rights can overlay status bar/navigation bar. A lot of apps faced with this problem, "Twilight" among them. Later the app developers solved this problem using the accessibility service. It seems there's no any other legit way to avoid this restriction. I need the app wich does just the same - uses the accessibility service which allows to draw at the status/nav bar (or make overlay). Actually you don't have to create the complete and buildable app. The core pieces of source code would be enough.
