Electricity Consumption Interface App -- 3

The goal of this app is to take pictures of a mechanical electricity measurement tool, analyse the images to extract the current numbers, store the numbers with timestamps and display the information in a graph. Additionally, the data can be sent to a server. The app shall run on android and be programmed in python with the django or kivy library.
