It must be a responsive website and app for android and ios.. The admin will show a part of the Quran. And everyone can login (with email or number or facebook) and press on record and recite the part of the showing Quran with the beautiful voice. This have a maximum time of 1-2min And the user can listen it and choose to do it again or to publish it to the juryteam. After one week the jury will decide who recites the best and will give him/her a price. Before somebody will start he must read the rules and prices etc... So admin must publish every week or month a part and delete the other one. But it will be show who wins with the date etc.. Pls this must created in high quality And nothing will be released when it is finished
