Terms and Conditions written by authorised person for our eCommerce business

Hello, We are a company, based in the UK, that sells GPS watches. We are looking for an experienced terms and conditions writer so we can add these to our website, and we'll make it mandatory that the customer ticks a box to say that they have read the terms before making a purchase. The T/C need to include our simple returns policy, as we're finding that customers are not reading this before they make a purchase. This is how our business works 1, We use a third party app, based in Russia that is used to locate the watch. We can not be liable for any false readings that the app may provide. Customers are welcome to use an app of their choice 2, we provide a free PAYG sim card with every order (as the network provides them to us for free). No refunds will be made to a customer that has activated (topped up) this sim card, as the network provider is a third party company and the customer can use a sim card of their choice 3, We have been provided safety certificates from the manufacturer of the watches we sell and need to incorporate their safety into the T/C 4, Returns. Here is where the business is losing money - The customer has exactly one month after purchase date to change their mind about our watch, and can return (at their expense) for a full refund (we are having problems that customers have bought watches for xmas presents in September, and October, but still expect a refund because their watch was opened on Christmas day). This is not fair on the business. We offer a warranty for three months after purchase date. (ill contact you privately to discuss this) Money is not a problem for this job.
