live counting app for voters day

I'm looking Programmer who can develop Apps using Flutter, Backend System, Database & Public Counting For your information, This apps is purpose for Live Counting for Voters Day. Flutter - Android - IOS Backend System - Viu / Angular / React Database - Firebase Live - Counting for Voters Day For Flutter Apps (IOS & Android) - Make sure the apps can use by offline and online. 1. Have Setting change password, name, email & Profile 2. List of Members (After Registration member, the list will appear after approval by Admin, can search & filter by Name, IC, NamaTempatMengundi, Lokaliti, NamaDM). Only a few data will detect, the list detect only Lokaliti Listing 3. Registration Member (refer to : DAFTAR AHLI & DAFTAR AHLI MANUAL pdf) - The Data will register and save even the no connection, will upload the data when the user have connection. The data cannot duplicate when register like the list already register as members, and will notify popup as "This voters Name, IC is register under user ??????" 4. Live Chat ( between User ) 5. Agenda 6. War Section (Will Appear when Setting for War Room Enable) For Backend System 1. Dashboard (Live Chat, List of All Members(25 list display and filter), Approval Registration Members List) 2. Registration (Like Flutter, refer to DAFTAR AHLI & DAFTAR AHLI MANUAL) 3. Voters (List Voters 24000 list, Update List Voters) 4. Setting (User, Group, Live Tracking, War Room, Name of Chart), User Register and can select the Lokaliti. when the lokaliti selected under this user, when login the apps, the list of lokaliti will appear 5. War Section (will enable if Setting Enable for War Room) 6. SMS Blaster (Using INFOBIP) 7. Email Blaster
