2D Animation Production for TV Series -- Repost

Scope: Assets, Storyboard to Final Approved Episode A flat, all-inclusive fee of INR 350,000/- Plus applicable taxes i.e. GST (Indian Three Lac Fifty Thousand Only) subject to deduction of Income Tax (TDS), for each completed animation episode of approximately 11-minutes in length, which shall be. 1. Assets, Props 2. Storyboard / Animatics 3. Production Layouts & Production Background Paintings 4. Props Designs 5. Characters rigging 6. Staging and Animation 7. Compositing & FX 8. Scene Editing for Timeline for the episode 9. Final upload ready delivery of the episode Only animators with experience in TV Series animation apply. Explainer video animators will not be considered. Please submit relevant examples only. You should have a good amount of experience in handling Flash/Animate CC 2017 and upwards. Experience in animating with rigged character setups necessary. We will provide Animatic, Common assets, Episodic character, and Key BGs. You may request us for necessary rigs and customization with a clear indication of what you need. We will try to provide you that at the earliest. Key Backgrounds will be shared with you soon. The payout will be : - per minute Approval Process: Staging/Keypose Animation>Animation TK1, Comp>SFX and Final The rate shall be calculated pro-rata for the duration of work and scope of work completed, delivered and approved. Talent needs to confirm Final duration for Invoice from Production Team before sending Invoice. Talent needs to submit open-source files FLA/PSD before sending an invoice. Payment will be done within Twenty Two (22) working days of receipt of invoice, final approval of work and submission of Contributor List. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties, we shall provide only the following assets to TALENT: 1. Script 2. Voice Over 3. Library as per availability Quality Expectation: TALENT agrees and acknowledges that the quality of the animated project must match or exceed the quality of the animated test completed by TALENT for this project, which was provided prior to the execution of this Agreement, and any failure to deliver and match such quality shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. Work Quality: We at our sole discretion, shall have the right to determine if all materials delivered by TALENT are satisfactory in form, content, quality, and length. Please note: Before beginning work, as part of the Vendor Empanelment Program you will be required to submit Resumes and a Government-issued ID of the Artists involved in the production to us.
