Note on Modsecurity: Modsecurity will have to be tested against any site and monitored to ensure it does not break any site functionality. Setting up of LAMP is good to understand. But, can you provide more details on securing with Virtualmin / Webmin ? Virtualmin is used to manage multiple domains in a single system (hosting / email / directories / access). Webmin is used to manage system configurations. It is difficult to understand securing of LAMP using Virtualmin / Webmin, request clarification.
