I have a set of house plans (three floors) that is intended for the builder (see Revised Floor Plans attached), however I need a simplified view of them for a real estate listing (see Example) so that the potential buyer can get a sense for how each room is laid out, but without the complicated lines that are shown in the builders version. The output of this small project should be basic and swift: Three simple floor layers, one for each floor, showing basic details of the house layout. NOTE: The project will be awarded within the next 24 hours and delivery is expected within 48 hours after that. Minimal iteration is anticipated on my part, since I am happy with the way these are laid out and I do not want to change them. That said, I am happy to answer any questions you might have, if you have difficulty reading these or need to make updates / fixes. You'll find that I am a strong communicator and easy to work with. Upon completion of the project, source files will be appreciated in case I need to make minor changes myself later. If you do a great job on these, then I have more projects coming and will definitely consider you for that work too!
