WIKI - Find expert in Tiki Wiki to post Process Documentation into our Standard Formated Wiki and Set Heirarchy Controls

Post onto our internal company Wiki (we use Tiki Wiki): (1) Process documentations (PDs) with detailed instructions how to do something--how to accomplish a task--so that a novice newcomer to the job can immediately teach himself how to do that part of his job description--this part will providing training for new employees so they don not all have to be trained personally, but can go to the Wiki to learn how to do the tasks of their job, (2) Post Policies, (3) Post Procedures, (4) Post Job Descriptions, (5) Post "How To" of every imaginable item, from how to operate the training software to how to sell, (6) Post product info, (7) etc. There are about 300-400 PDs to be posted, plus about 100 policies. This becomes like an electronic Operations Manual or an electronic Employee Handbook all combined into one, and searchable by key words. All these postings need to be formatted identically, using the Tiki Wiki software and their formatting process, and then they must be viewable by hierarchy: Officers can view certain things, branch offices other things, salespeople other things, office staff other things, etc. Once the Tiki Wiki is learned, it progressed pretty rapidly. You will get the content in a MS Word doc for each posting. But, sometimes, when giving detailed instructions about how to do something, you may need find and insert a "screen shot" and highlight it or circle the content within it and draw some arrows, and insert the screen shot into the middle of the instructions so the user can see exactly what they are looking for and can see how to accomplish the task. It should be very user friendly, intuitive, easy to navigate, and it will require minimal maintenance and updating. This will be referenced by employees around the world.
