I had a colonoscopy procedure on January 25, 2018 by a endoscopic physician Matthew N. Thoma MD at consultants in Gastroenterology in Columbia, SC and the findings after the colonoscopy biopsy were polyps and a tumor and I was diagnosed with colon cancer following other referrals. And on March 14, 2018 I was told I have rectal cancer by a surgeon physician Samir R. Shah MD FACS at the Lexington Hospital in West Columbia, SC. Then I had a second colonoscopy procedure at Atlanta Gastroenterology in Lithonia, Georgia on October 16, 2018 by a endoscopic physician Paresh P. Kamat MD and I was told by Dr. Kamat , I do not have colon cancer nor rectal cancer. I think the findings for the tumor was a meant misdiagnosis. Because I been setup multiple times and robbed multiple times by different law enforcement officers and by different confidential informants also neighbors connected to extensive history being setup in (DMH) Department of Mental Health programs in different states. And the list goes on. And all the DMH diagnosis were also meant misdiagnosis to conceal everything I just described. And I also have other health concerns gynecomastia and andro genetic alopecia, do to different psychotropic medication that was ordered involuntarily for me to take.
