I would like to hire a Content Writer

I and my mother had visited a shop name “Sew In Style” (wesite – [login to view URL]) in the month of October 2016. The address is “Shop No 1& 2, Sai Dwarkar, 324 Linking Road, Khar west, Mumbaik – 400052, Landmark Khar-Danda Bus stop .”. We had purchased a material costing of Rs. 8143/- which were 5 quantities. While making the payment in casual talks we had a discussion saying we have a marriage and all these shopping is being done for the same. There was a DESIGNER in the same shop name "KAVITA KHAINI" she said that am a designer in this shop and i design western as well as Indian outfits. She did not have any designed patterns which she has done personal but she went on google and said select any pattern and I will stitch it. We selected 2 pattern and agreed to give her to design 2 of our outfits i.e one for myself and one for my mother. As per the pattern she suggested that you will have to purchase additional cloth as well as some accessories like broach, buckles, buttons, etc which the cost was Rs. 3550/- (extra material 2475, Broach – 700 and 375 buttons). So the total things that we purchased from that shop was costing Rs. 11693/-. "KAVITA KHAINI" who calls herself a designer but a PATHETIC DISGUISTING CHEAT FEMALE, we went in her sweet talks said that the stitching and the designing charges for my mother dress will be Rs. 2850/- and for myself its Rs. 3500/-. We went to collect our dress on the given date and we were surprised to see that the dressed stitched was not at all the way she had suggested. It was shapeless; the accessories attached were looking pathetic. Both the dresses were stitched as if its stitched for a 90year old grandmother. She saw us upset and she also felt that somewhere its her mistake. KAVITA KHAINI, who calls herself the designer, said that ‘give me a second chance i will rectify the mistake and give it to you in a better form. She also said that 'I do not do this for passion and not for money' and after a second chance if you are not happy i will return your money hence i said first you alter my mom's dress and then after that i will decide if I wish to alter and make any changes in my dress’. She showed us another pattern for my mother’s dress which was as very simple and a normal, even a simple tailor will just charge us Rs.800/- to Rs.1000/- for which she quoted an amount of Rs. 2850/-. My mother went to collect her dress and was not happy with what she had stitched. As my mother was unhappy she did not pay the amount of the stitching and said that please return the cash of my daughter’s dress or either help us with the same amount of material that we had purchased. KAVITA KHAINI, the designer said that you take your dress do not pay me I will alter your daughter’s dress again and then you can pay the entire amount. We gave her a third chance. The marriage was over and when we went to collect the dress again it was the same, it still looked shapeless, a dress that a 90 year old grandmother could wear. Looking at that I lost it completely and requested her to give me the refund of the losses done and finish off the matter. We no more wish to give you another chance. She changes her statement which she had said earlier that ‘she will give the refund’. Now she says that nope we cannot give you the refund but the additional things like buttons and broach which you have taken you need to take it back and the material which you have taken of 2475 we will give you new material and the dress which was of 4k (which she spoiled it) you need to take it the way as well as pay us the stitching charges of Rs. 3500. We have not agreed to take a total loss of approx 9k. We wanted to sort this out in a good way hence we agreed to compromise on the entire thing but we are not ready to pay the stitching charges of 3500k of my dress as well as of the pathetic dress she stitched of my mother of Rs. 2850/- for stitching Being very patient from past 6 months and trying to sort this in a better way we agreed to pay the stitching charges of mom dress and the take way my dress which was not at all designed, just 2 cloths are attached with a normal tacking stitched. But as there is no solution. Apart from this being very patient I have gone through additional losses of travelling to visit this place from Malad to Khar linking road, have taken leaves so many times as informed by the workers in the shop that she is available only from 11AM till 4PM. I have literally gone through a huge amount of loss. Secondly the number of times I have visited the shop, she has never spoken to me though I requested the workers to ask her to speak to me once. She use to tell the workers to inform me that I am out and in some function. This happened almost 10-15 times the number of times I visited the shop. This female knows its her mistake hence she cannot face me and hence she is still avoiding to talk or meet me to remove a solution of the matter that has been worsen. In these 6 months the number of times I visited the shop in front of me the workers have called her up from the landline phone, she picks the call 4-5 times on every visit and talks for 15-20 mins but when the worker tells her that Anita wants to speak to you she says that tell her am busy cant talk. The matter that could be solved with mutual understanding is being dragged as she is avoiding and she is wants to remove money by cheating her customers. Sharing my HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this PATHETIC DESIGNER name ‘KAVITA KHAINI’ so that nobody else should be cheated the way she is cheating me. “I suggest this shop “Sew in Style” of not hiring such cheats in such a reputed and good shop where along with her even their shops name, reputation is going vain. My personal suggestion to remove this female who is a HOPLESS DESIGNER out from your reputed shop who is CEATING CIENT’s JUST TO FULFILL HER PASSION ON THE COST OF THEIR MONEY you will loose your client’s as well because of her. I wanted to write this in few words with proper statements, punctuation's and any other changes to make it better.
