asp url rewrite to html

I need someone to make my url's html to be search engine friendly url's (maybe thru Redirection with mod_rewrite ) it is currently aspx. I also need some minor aspx updates, such as product name to be in the meta tags dynamically inserted and some other minor updates. As well a google sitemap creation and submission. Any of your input to make it search engine friendly would be appreciatted. Need someone who knows what they are doing, and is familliar with seo friendly concepts. I do have some more projects coming up and hope to do other work. Thank you
