Need an expert in video optmizer. I have ffmpeg installed on my linux server. Need someone to do the following:

1. Provide optimization parameters to convert from any video format to flv and mov in HD and non-HD. The final video must have the highest quality.

Please provide your experience. Person must have knowledge of linux.
