Residential House Plans

Hello, I'm looking for an A/E to put together a permit submittal for my house design. I have a schematic design put together using Bluebeam software to get started. See Attached. It's a simple strait forward design with a gabled roof, slab on grade, and 9' ceilings. The lot is level. Submittal to include all required info for acceptance of permit in Butte County California. If you're able to complete everything great, if not please let me know which of the following criteria you can provide... 1. Architectural 2. Structural Calcs 3. Energy Calcs 4. Truss Calcs 5. Fire suppression system design. I'm open to hearing ways the design can be improved and feel free to message me if you have any questions.
