Design of a structure for smarphone

I need to design a structure in Autocad or similar software, with all the details possible to calculate its cost of manufacture. I'd like to get the design in PDF and Autocad aswell, in case I need to modify later. The structure is what you can find on google by searching for "Tablet kiosk stand". However, we need to add the following features: 1) It must be adjustable to hold an smartphone between 7 to 10 inches. 2) Must allow angular movement for the screen, or horizontal movement to regulate the height of the screen. 3) Include pedestal base, that must allow anchoring to the floor and remove when needed 4) It must allow to connect the phone to an power source to keep it charged 5) Lock the phone inside a box with key. I add a photo to illustrate the general idea. It would be better to have videocall by skype or google hangout. I speak spanish and english, so you're welcome in both languages.
