I have a simple bash script doing conversions between gif and mov
ffmpeg -i [login to view URL] -movflags faststart -pix_fmt yuv420p -vf "scale=trunc(iw/2)*2:trunc(ih/2)*2" [login to view URL]
ffmpeg -i [login to view URL] -acodec copy -vcodec copy -f mov [login to view URL]
This is working in principle, however the output video is playing to fast. I want it to play with the same frame rate than the initial video.
Therefore, I need an adaption of these lines to get the same frame rate than in the initial gif.
I would also need a script converting a mov to gif. Also here the framerate should be the same.

I know ffmpeg and transcode quite well. I am an experienced Linux system admin who has done encoding in the past. Can write a bash script that suits your requirements in a day.
