Betfair API bot / app

Require a betting bot to be able work with Betfair in splay football. Am happy for this to work as a plugin for another application available like Betting Master Peice but whoever develops this will nee to have prior experience in developing for the betfair API market: Quick Spec--- Bot need to scan all football maches and in play be able to take the correct score of each game and: Be able to set an If Statement i.e If Time = X and 0-0 = X then Lay x Amount. If you know this industry you will know that either this can be done using a opensource base, or as plugin to another application. Regards
