Bigcommerce customer account pages have formatting problems

The pages related to customer account have various formatting problems: 1. HEADER: Make same width as homepage (see attached screenshot): All other pages on our site have a wide header which is a row of images: See: [login to view URL] But on the order confirmation page (after checkout process) has a narrow header format which messes up the format of our custom header (which is designed to stretch across the 100% width of the screen). 2. Blank space where confirmation info should be (see attached screenshot) 3. RSS feed appears in left sidebar: We do not want an RSS feed to appear anywhere on this page. 4. Page-specific info appears among parts of RSS feed and a misplaced image from the footer (BBB image - see attached screenshot) 5. Footer formatting is all messed up - see attached screenshots. The footer on this page should look the same as the footer on the homepage. This project is to fix all of the problems numbered 1 through 5 above, and to remove the RSS feed completely from this order confirmation page.
