Run FACEBOOK ADS for me

Dear Freelancer, We are launching a new iOS app, designed to help children with autism. We are looking for an Experienced Facebook Advertiser who focuses on creating ads and maximize conversions. You should be strong in analysis, advertising strategies, creative concepts, ads creation and landing page improvement. The right candidate should have following skills: - Have a wide understanding of the Analytics tools landscape and deep knowledge into the most important analytics tools - Draft advertisement strategies and campaigns with the latest analytical findings incubinated. - Create creative add concepts that attract the right target group - Take actions to converte ads and campaigns into sales - Running, maintaining, improving and launching new ads with a budgets of at least $50/day - Sending reports - Communicate with marketing and design team to discuss about ad campaigns - Excellent and well written / spoken English - Experience with promoting mobile apps would be a big plus Before applying for this position, please, prepare a pitch with the following topics: 1)About you: Introduction of you and/or your agency, its focus, expertise, experience and outstanding achievements 2)Ad's pitch: please pitch us how you would do Ads to promote an app, concept, campaigns, Add Preview, Funnel, Goals 3)Project plan: Please draft a simple project plan for the next 3 month with actions, milestones and goals. We believe that high performing specialists are most motivated by perfomance based payment (CPS). For a first test-task you will have a milestones based of ROAS where the future budget depends on your results. It means the better you perform, that bigger budget will be assigned to you, and the more we can pay you out as a reward. You will be paid 5 EUR of each sale you make. The minimum sales target is 200 downloads per month through facebook ads. This means by the end of the month your payment could be 1000 EUR or even higher, if you reach the goal. Please, note that for a long-term cooperation the minimum target has to be reached. Nevertheless, if you don`t reach a target of face month, you still will paid for sales you made.
