Design a small 3 bedroom house/villas with building site plan.
House/villas will be 120sqm roughly but the architect will let me know the exact size, 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms , villas will be open living design enclosed house but open living within the house walls but opens up with bi folding door to create indoor / outdoor living space.
1 small swimming pool will be required in grounds 2mtr wide by 5mtr long.
Land location is in Kuta area, on the Island of Lombok, land type is stable mostly flat the building specifications (including engineering drawings) must comply or exceed Indonesia building requirements (generally a house designed to Australian standards will exceed Indonesia standards), including building earthquake rating and must suitable to submit to get an IMB building permit..
Please be aware that all buildings must have elements of balinese design and architecture, this is a must I have a design layout that roughly suits the land and I know exactly what features I want in the building and what the building should look like .
