Westcoombe Drafts - 2 day turnaround

PLEASE ONLY QUOTE IF YOU CAN SUPPLY IN NO MORE THAN 48 HRS I need (A) floorplans (ground, first and top floor), (B) elevations of all 4 sides (C) a site plan and (d) One section front to back, one side to side of the attached schematics. This is a very, very quick project, just something to show a client of ours for a potential scheme. Presentation: (a) PDF and DWG formats, (b) files need to be on A3, in 1:100 scale, (c) with a title block similar to the one attached "Drawings example". (d) Thin line drawings are required, monochrome only, no colour (e) Furniture added to rooms as per schematics and (c) all rooms to have size in sqm shown Technical: (i) External walls 300mm wide, internal walls 120mm. (ii) Stairs to next floor no more than 37 degrees gradient (iii) Ceiling height 2400mm, floor thickness 300mm, (iv) corridors and stairs 1000mm wide, (V) Bricks on the outside texture as per example
