Business plan for social media content creation and management agency (Facebook and Instagram)

I need a business plan with NUMBERS in Canadian dollars! I want to work with illustrators and video animators to create and manage custom and gripping storytelling content for businesses, services, and products to tell their stories and express their value online in order to build a tribe of loyal followers and natural brand ambassadors. I need to know price ranges for sourcing various services and individuals on freelance platforms like this and fiver. I need to know their prices so I can understand the cost of the services I provide and what kind of profit margin I can expect based on what businesses are paying on the market right now. I have done some research on fiverr and here to see what costs are and have rough ideas but would prefer a full depth analysis. I would need to work with the following: 1) Someone to manage social media posts/accounts - they need to be able to provide reports and manage either 3 or 7 posts a week. If they can also create content that is a bonus (seems to be in the $100 - $300 range per month) if they could run ads that would be even better! 2) someone to create whiteboard animation videos - they need to do voiceovers and anywhere from 30-90 seconds of custom video with a logo involved and script writing is an asset (Roughly around $50-$150 per video) 3) someone to do illustrative/graphic content - they need to be able to relay information/stories through graphics. I would like to know what they charge for 15/30 days worth of content Based on the cost of the content to be created and the monthly social media management fees I need to work out the prices for packages covering 15 days of graphic content and management with a report and 30 days of the same thing. What would it cost me to make these for a business and what could I charge: Eg. package one - 15 days of content including 3 videos would cost approximately $550 (3 videos for $150, 12 infographic posts going for $200, and a social media manager for another $200) You could sell this package for $1000 to manage both Facebook and Instagram given similar products on the market giving you a profit of $450 per package. I need relatively exact numbers on that and packages that would make sense ranging in price. I would really not like to pass offering 3 packages but can go up to 5 for social media content creation and management I also need packages for an animated video campaign on Facebook/Instagram. how much would it cost just to create and run an ad Eg. $500 for an animated ad for a sale/product/service that takes you to a landing page. We promise x amount of eyes on your ad. I am willing to discuss with candidates who tell me what they understand from my vision, how I can approach it better and what they can suggest/do for me.
